Ingredients
2 medium sized
Sweet potatoes
1 cup
Cottage cheese
OR plain yogurt
Fresh berries of your choice
Step by Step Instructions
- Trim off the sweet potato ends, then slice them lengthwise into 4 slices each.
- Put the potato slices into a toaster oven and toast them until they are lightly browned.
- Once the slices are cooked to your liking, spread the cottage cheese (or yogurt) over them and top with fresh berries of your choice
